There are so many things we have done, but never make it to the blog....

I just wanted to write about the other evening. I took the children up to the pool to swim at about 8pm (still really nice here then) and there was a group of people up there with the owner of the site. She came out and chatted and said that they were going to watch the world cup final and drink sangria. She asked if I would like to join them. We sat with the TV out in the terrace and the sun going down over the mountains all 15 of us out side enjoying the evening. They had a bbq going and as the sun set and the moon rose there was an amazing site of the moon glowing bright orange as it rose up from behind the mountain. The lady next to me leaned over and said "You don't get this much in England do you?".And she made me realise why I am here. No you don't. A few weeks in summer and that's it. Here they do this all year. They are out side at 11pm having a fiesta all the time. I tired to take a photo of the view, but it just wouldn't take well. It was one of those moments where you just had to be there. If we can make a life here, It is a lot cheaper to live, and to buy a house, warmer, and the people are a lot more social. It's stunning, and has a really relaxed atmosphere. Lets give it a go at least.
